Andrew has over 30 years of experience in thermodynamics, refrigeration and design of many types of machinery including blood plasma freezers for all of Australia’s major blood banks. Andrew has extensive knowledge in design and manufacturing of automated machinery.
Andrew has a detailed understanding of PLC and computer programming; that expands and incorporates SCADA. He has won awards for his design – including the 1999 Young Entrepreneur Award through the Weekly Times and the Hugh McKay Innovators award (NRE excellence in Science) for his design, development and work with freeze-driers.
Andrew Jans is a Certified Practising Accountant, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in economics and finance. He has had a varied career, being involved in public practice taxation for twenty years before becoming involved in business management. In this role he has managed law firms, building companies and secondary schools, while consulting to small business and assisting community groups with their financial affairs.
Naishad holds a Masters and Graduate Diploma in Applied Science (Food Science & Technology), a Bachelor of Science and is trained & certified in all principles and applications of HACCP in Food Industry.
As part of the team at Blend and Pack, Naishad is in charge of the comprehensive Quality Program, ensuring that food safety is the highest priority at all times. Mr Dalal maintains a strict Food Safety Plan, contributing sound knowledge of FSANZ (Food Regulations) as well as continuous improvement processes to strengthen the quality of Blend & Pack products.
Jason comes to Blend and Pack with over 26 years experience in a variety of roles in the food industry. Mr Daughtrey has spent many years at a management level in the food industry, and his precision to detail and strong dedication has allowed him to take on the management of production for Blend and Pack with great confidence.
Mr Daughtrey’s experience ensures efficiency in the day-to-day running of operations and provides the expertise for continuous development of modern system to manage growth.
Jason qualifications span many areas – including an Associate Degree in Applied Science (Food Processing), training in VITAL and Allergen Management, Principles and Applications of HACCP, Implementation of SQF Programs, and Work Place Assessment.
Adam has over 20 years of experience divided between the building and construction and industrial and commercial hardware industries.
Along with his various engineering capabilities, Adam has also run his own locksmith business for many years so brings extensive business nous, customer service and sales experience to Blend and Pack.
